POLY KRAFT (GH) LIMITED vs. SUNRIDGE CO. LTD.
The Plaintiff is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Ghana for the purpose of selling or supplying cardboards. The Defendant is also a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Ghana and deals in the bottling and boxing of Safina Mineral Water. In the Plaintiff’s statement of claim, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendant the following reliefs: “a. The payment of the sum of GH¢30,556.97 being the outstanding balance owed the Plaintiff as at 31st August, 2013. b. Interest on the above sum at the prevailing bank rate from September, 2013 till date of final payment. c. Cost.” The material facts which gave rise to the matter before me are as follows.
