In this action the Plaintiff/Applicant (hereinafter, “Applicant”) is alleging against the Defendant/Respondent, (hereinafter, “Respondent”) unlawful or tortious interference with business relations of Applicant and inducement of breaches of contract in which Applicant has a beneficial interest. The Applicant has applied to this court for an order compelling the Respondent to furnish Applicant with further and better particulars of specific paragraphs of the Statement of Defence filed by the Respondent. It is the case of Applicant that he requires the said particulars to enable him file a Reply that is adequately responsive to the Respondent’s Statement of Defence.
