MRS. ABENA POKUA ACKAH vs. AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK
The Applicant, Mrs. Abena Pokua Ackah, filed an appeal to the Supreme Court against the Court of Appeal judgment dated 27th March 2014. However, the Court of Appeal Registry had three different certified true copies of judgments relating to the same appeal dated 5th March 2014, 27th March 2014, and 10th April 2014. The Applicant contended that the appeal was against the 27th March 2014 judgment, which was not included in the appeal record before the Supreme Court. The Applicant sought an order to have the 27th March 2014 judgment included in the record for proper hearing and determination of the appeal.

The Applicant swore to a 24 paragraphed affidavit in support of the application. The salient facts of the said depositions are as follows:- 1. That at the end of her appeal hearing against the High Court judgment, the Court of Appeal, Coram: Henrietta Abban J.A, presiding, K. A.
