FRANCIS –XAVIER SOSU vs. GENERAL LEGAL COUNCIL

The appellant, Francis-Xavier Sosu, was suspended from legal practice by the Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Council for charges of touting, personal advertisement, and overestimation of legal fees, following his own plea of guilty. He appealed the disciplinary decisions to the High Court Human Rights Division and sought stay of execution of the disciplinary sanctions pending appeal.
