BY COURT: CONSENT JUDGMENT The terms of settlement signed by the parties and their counsel filed on 31st July 2017 adopted as judgment of the court as follows: The Plaintiffs on 7th July 2015 instituted the instant suit against the Defendant per their Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim which was amended pursuant to leave granted by the court. The amended writ was endorsed with the following reliefs: i. A declaration that the Defendant's treatment of Plaintiffs unfair, unjust and amounts to a breach of provisions of article 23 of the 1992 Constitution. ii. A declaration that the Defendant has breached the Plaintiffs economic right under the 1992 Constitution; iii. A declaration that the Defendant has breached the Collective Bargaining Agreement by failing to put in place an approved scheme of service; iv. A declaration that the Plaintiffs having already passed promotion interviews in accordance with the criteria which the Defendant set have met the criteria for promotion and...
