GLORIA OMABOE vs. INNES NII NOI OMABOE

The wife Petitioner who seeks the dissolution of the marriage contracted between herself and the Respondent on grounds of adultery and unreasonable behaviour prays for the following reliefs: a. That the said marriage contracted on 22nd May 1999 be dissolved. b. That the Petitioner be granted custody of all the four issues of the marriage namely; Lois Omaboe aged 14, Elizabeth Omaboe aged 12, Innes Junior Omaboe aged 10 and Donna Omaboe aged 8. c.
