JUDGMENT On 17th May 2006, the Plaintiff issued out this writ of summons against the Defendant, Rev. Daniel Ashietey and claimed the following reliefs a) Declaration of Title to ALL THAT parcel or piece of land situate, lying and being at North-West Teshie, Accra, covering an approximate area of 0.37 of an acre more or less land, known as Block H. Plot N0s. 14 and 11, and bounded on the North by proposed Road, measuring 90 feet more or less, on the East by Plot N0s15 and 10 measuring 200 feet more or less and on the West by Plot N0s 13 and 12 measuring 200 feet more or less b) Recovery of Possession of the parcel of land described in (a) above c) General damages for trespass d) An order of perpetual Injunction to restrain the Defendant whether by himself, his servants, workmen, agents, assigns, or any of them or otherwise whosoever from entering or otherwise from trespassing upon the said parcel of land the subject matter of this suit.
