JUDGMENT On 5th August 2011, the plaintiffs issued out this writ against the 1st defendant and claimed some reliefs. On 1st September 2011, the defendant entered appearance to the plaintiffs’ writ of summons and filed a defence to the action on 27th September 2011. After pleadings had closed, the issues filed by the plaintiffs were set down on 23rd January 2012 as the issues for trial, on the premise that no additional issues had been filed.
