JUDGMENT The plaintiff, a business consultant in Accra sued the 1st defendant a construction firm and the Attorney General , and by his amended writ of summons and statement of claim prayed the court for the following reliefs;  Payment for the sum of equivalent of US$50,000 being money plaintiff sourced and guaranteed for the 1st defendant for the execution of a Road contract 1st defendant was awarded.  Interest on the said sum from January 2013 till date of final payment  An order of injunction to restrain the 2nd defendant , its employees, agents and assigns from paying all or any sums of money due to the 1st defendants for the execution of the Ashiaman town Roads contract pending the final determination of the dispute between the plaintiff and 1st defendant.
