JUDGMENT The plaintiff is a senior sister of the defendant who had lived outside the jurisdiction, and who according to the pleadings invested in the late father’s cattle business. Upon the father’s demise, the younger brother had taken over the control of the family cattle business and the plaintiff is claiming 147 of the cattle and one other property she believes had been acquired on her behalf with money she had sent to her father and the brother. Dissatisfied with attempts at settlement of the impasse between the plaintiff and the junior brother by the family, the plaintiff filed this action against the brother for the following reliefs; a) An order that the defendant be refrained from dealing in anyway with plaintiff’s property situate at Ashiaman behind the police station with house number W/AS160106009A/134 b) Recovery of house Number W/AS160106009A/134 located at Ashiaman c) Rendering of accounts of cattle belonging to plaintiff numbering 147 which has been in custod...
