RULING This is an application to cite the respondent herein Ebusuapanyin Kwesi Yedu for contempt of court and to commit him to prison. The case of the applicant is that the respondent and two other persons instituted an action in the circuit court Agona Swedru against him and Nana Otsew Adabraku V, which case was settled by court connected ADR. The parties according to the applicant signed the terms of settlement. The applicant stated that the consent judgment entered by the court had a consequential Order which Order directed the parties to be bound by the agreement dated 07/04/14 and according to the applicant this consent judgment was read and interpreted to the hearing and understanding of all parties however after the judgment the respondent has been holding himself as the sole owner of the disputed land described in the writ of summons and situated at Mankoadze.
