JUDGMENT The plaintiff and the defendant herein a woman and a man respectively got married under customary law of the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana in July 2000. Parties lived in House No. B/798 Sowutuom Accra, after the said marriage. The defendant, the man packed out of the house leaving the plaintiff/woman with three children who are still under 18 years. The woman/plaintiff initiated a writ against the man/defendant on 24th December 2013 claiming; a) an order restraining the husband, his relatives including agents and assigns from harassing her and her children and from living in the matrimonial home in peace and quietude, b) an order that defendant maintains the children of the marriage paying their school fees medical bills as and when they become due and daily maintenance until they attain majority.
