AMIG DEVELOPMENT LIMITED vs. EFO KOBLA, THE TRESPASSERS

JUDGMENT Plaintiff, a limited liability company, took a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendants on 2nd July 2015 for the following reliefs: a. Recovery of possession from Defendants from the subject land known as ALL that piece of land in the extent of 0.32 hectare (0.79 of an acre) more or less being parcel No. 14 Block 2 Section 016 situate at Cantonments in the Greater Accra Region more particularly described in the Land Title Certificate number GA 36146. b. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants herein, their assigns, workmen, privies, servants etc from in any manner interfering with the Plaintiff’s ownership of the subject land. c.
