JUDGMENT Plaintiff issued this Writ against Defendant company for the following reliefs:- a. An Order for Specific Performance of the Agreement dated 7th February 2012 between Plaintiff and Defendant and for the Defendant to execute a deed of transfer in a proper legal form in favour of Plaintiff. b. An Order directed at Defendant (Plaintiff) to surrender possession of the property known as No. eight (8) Top Kings Cottage, near Trasacco Valley, Accra belonging to Plaintiff. c. An Order directed at the Defendant to repair all damage to the property for the period of use. d. An Order directed at the Defendant to pay rent of three thousand United States Dollars (US$ 3,000.00) per month from 15th January 2015 to the date Defendant surrenders possession of the property to the Plaintiff. e.
