JUDGMENT Plaintiff initially sued 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants seeking the following reliefs: a. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land in extent of 1.02 acres described as Parcel No. 291 Block 29 Section 072 situate at Ashale Botwe in Accra and identified on Land Certificate No. TD 4115. b. Recovery of possession of the land from the Defendants. c. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants by themselves, their agents, assigns servants and workmen from entering on the land and or carrying out any development thereon. d. Damages for trespass. e. An Order to demolish whatever structure the Defendants have constructed on the land. The 2nd and 3rd Defendants after filing their Statements of Defence decided on settlement with Plaintiff and filed Terms of Settlement on 10th May 2011.
