JUDGMENT Plaintiffs took out a Writ against their eldest sibling 1st Defendant and ‘the Developer’ on 14th December 2009. Plaintiffs per their amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim after leave was granted them to join 2nd and 3rd Defendants on 3rd December 2014 claim the following reliefs: 1. Declaration that per the Last Will and Testament of DANIEL CHRISTOPHER AWUKU (deceased) dated 24th June 1965, the Plaintiffs and the 1st Defendant are joint owners in equal shares of ALL THAT premises described now as F730/2-F731/2, Osu R.E. 2. An order directed at the 1st Defendant to account for all sums of money received from 2nd Defendant. 3. An order to restrain the 2nd Defendant from developing/renovating any part of the premises until further directed by this Honourable Court.
