JUDGMENT The terms of settlement signed by the parties and their lawyers filed on 23rd February, 2017, adopted as Consent Judgment of this Court. Whereas the parties have agreed to settle the disputed issues culminating in the present suit before the Honourable Court amicably among themselves.
