JUDGMENT The Plaintiff a customer of the First Defendant since 1996 entered into an agreement with Reid Equipment Solutions, a company based in Canada to purchase an excavator in 2012. He paid a deposit of US$5000.00 and returned to Ghana. Plaintiff then received an invoice dated 18th September 2012 exhibit B1 ostensibly from his business partner. By exhibit “B” dated 4th October 2012 the instructed the First Defendant: “RE-TRANSPER OF FUNDS FROM NUMBER 0050543670004.
