The reliefs sought by the Plaintiff against the Defendants are: “a) Declaration that Plaintiff did acquire the land properly from 1st Defendant. b) An order of the court directed at the 2nd Defendant to recognize the acquisition of the land by the Plaintiff from the 1st Defendant and consent to assign the property to the Plaintiff. c) An order of the court directed at the 2nd defendant to recognize the Plaintiff’s interest in the land and plot same in its records, in the stead of whatever interest the 1st Defendant has in the records of the 2nd defendant.” The 1st Defendant was served with the writ of summons and statement of claim by posting same on the notice Board of the court and one publication in the Daily Graphic Newspaper of 30th September, 2016 at page 30.
