JUDGMENT In this matter, the court is called upon to determine, in the main, the issue as to which of the contending parties is the owner of the vessel MT SOL LUESHING with registration number IMO 8108767. This is so because in its amended writ of summons the plaintiff company claims against the defendants jointly and severally: a. Declaration that the plaintiff is the lawful owner of the vessel MT SOL LUESHING with registration number IMO 8108767. b. Recovery of possession of the said vessel. c. An order directed at the Defendants to account for the services rendered by the said vessel from February, 2009 to date. d. Damages. e. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their assigns or workmen from further interfering or having anything to do with the said vessel. f. Costs.
