JUDGMENT The plaintiffs who are a husband and wife issued out a Writ of Summons on 19th December 2014 claiming the under listed reliefs against the defendants: 1. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at central Nmai-Dzorn in the Tema Rural area of the GAR of Ghana containing an approximate area of 0.58 acres and bounded on the North East by Lessor’s Land measuring 80.0 feet more or less, on the South West by Lessor’s land measuring 140.0 feet more or less, on the North West by Proposed Road measuring 200.0 feet more or less, on the South East by Proposed Road measuring 140.0 feet more or less, on the South East by Proposed Road measuring 80.0 feet more or less. 2. Recovery of possession of the aforesaid land. 3. Perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants, their servants, workers, agents, privies or any of them howsoever called from trespassing on their land, the subject matter of this suit. 4.
