JUDGMENT Introduction This dispute is about a parcel of land situate at Doblo Gonno where both parties claim to have acquired from the Nii Achia Royal Family of Achiaman. Whilst the plaintiff claims it acquired the land in dispute from the said family in 1998 acting through the then head of family Emmanuel Odartei Mills together with Nii Achia Apumah II, chief of Achiaman with the consent and concurrence of the principal elders of the family and was given an indenture in 2002 to evidence the transaction, the defendant claims he acquired the land in dispute in 2007 from the said family acting through its head of family Nii Kwartey Adjan I with the consent and concurrence of the principal elders of the family. The claim of the plaintiff is borne out of its amended writ of summons filed on 16th October 2015 in which the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: 1.
