JUDGMENT The parties inform the court that they have settled the issues between them and they would want the court to adopt the Terms of Settlement filed on 2nd November, 2017, as consent judgment. BY COURT: Judgment was given in this matter on 19th April, 2002, by Her Ladyship Ivy Ashong-Yakubu. An appeal was lodged by the defendants against the judgment. The parties have subsequently settled the issues between them as is contained in the Terms of Settlement filed on 2nd November, 2017.
