JUDGMENT The plaintiffs, Dr Michael Bokor and Simon Seddo Bokor, caused a writ of summons to be issued against the defendant, Lad Iddrissu, for the following reliefs; 1. A declaration that plaintiffs are joint owners of a parcel of land described in their claim as “all that piece of land situate at Asofa, ACC in the Ga West District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana, bounded on the North West by the property or properties of adjoining land owners measuring 67 feet 8 inches,113 feet, 7 inches more or less on the South East by the property of an adjoining land owner measuring 109 feet 3 inches more or less on the North East by another adjoining land owner measuring 189 feet 3 inches more or less and on the South West by an existing road measuring 113.7 inches and covering an approximate area of 0.515 acre more or less” 2.
