JUDGMENT On the 4th day of February, 2016, the Plaintiff instituted the instant action against the Defendants claiming the following reliefs: a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at South Odorkor more particularly described in the schedule hereto. b) Recovery of possession. c) General Damages for trespass. d) An order directed at the Land Registration Division of the Lands Commission to expunge the records of the Defendants and in place register the Plaintiff’s title. On the service of the writ of summons on the Defendants, the 2nd Defendant caused his solicitors to enter an appearance and also filed a defence to Plaintiff’s claim. The 1st Defendant also caused his lawyers to enter an appearance and also filed a defence on his behalf.
