MARY AKUOKOR TETTEH & 30RS vs. LANDS COMMISSION & 4ORS

JUDGMENT It is salient to note that this suit was originally commenced by one Theophilous Kwei Dornu Anangfio and another against the Lands Commission and Five Star Developers Ltd. as the 1st and 2nd Defendants respectively. At a point Nii Afotey Odai IV the Acting Nungua Mantse Nii Akwei Darkwah IV and Nii Kojo Mensah were joined to the suit as the 3rd, 4th and 5th Defendants. On the death of the original Plaintiffs they were substituted by the present plaintiffs. Per their writ of summons dated the 10th day of October 1997, Plaintiffs claim the following reliefs against the Defendants: a.
