JUDGMENT Per his Writ of Summons dated the 13th day of May, 2015 the Plaintiff claims the following reliefs against the Defendant. 1. A declaration of title to ALL THAT piece or parcel of land in extent 0.950 hectare (2.348 acres) more or less at Nungua Kotobabi in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana aforesaid much said piece or parcel of land is more particularly delineated with pink Survey Plan No. Z6894. 2.
