JUDGMENT On the 10th day of September 2015 the Plaintiff instituted the instant action against the Defendant claiming the following reliefs: 1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying at North-West Teshie, Accra Known as plot numbers 36 and 37 containing an approximate area of 0.58 acre and bounded on the North-East by proposed road measuring 230 feet more or less, on South-East by Donor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less, on the South-West by donor’s land measuring 70 feet more or less and on the North-West by Donors land measuring 230 feet more or less. 2. Recovery of possession of the said portion of land. 3. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant from building, selling, dealing, alienating, assigning or in any way whatsoever interfering with the said disputed land. 4. Damages for trespass 5.
