LUCY AMOAH AND SAMUEL DENNIS AMOAH vs. CHARLES OPOKU

JUDGMENT Per their Writ of Summons the Plaintiff claims the following reliefs against the Defendants: 1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land lying and being at North-West Oyarifa, Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana containing an approximate area of 0.16 acre or 0.06 hectare and bounded on the North-West by Lessor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less, in the North-East by proposed road measuring 70 feet more or less, on the South-East by Lessor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less on the South-West by proposed road measuring 70 feet more or less; 2. An order for the recovery of possession of the said piece or parcel of land; 3. General damages for trespass; 4. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his assigns, privies, workmen, servants and any person(s) whosoever claiming through the Defendant from entering or doing anything on the said piece or parcel of land; 5.
