KWABENA MENSAH AND FAUSTINA OWUSU vs. ALHAJI MOHAMMED ABDULLAH SARSA AND THE OCCUPIER

JUDGMENT The Plaintiffs per their writ of summons dated the 23rd day of November, 2007 claim the following reliefs against the Defendants: 1. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate at North Teshie, Accra covering 0.13 of an acre more or less being parcel No. 1 Block 4, Section 097 covered by Land Certificate No. GA 22121 Volume 46 Folio 64. 2. Recovery of possession of the land described in relief 1 above. 3. Damages for trespass. 4. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their workers, servants and assigns from further trespassing onto Plaintiffs land aforementioned. On the service of the writ of summons and the statement of claim on the Defendants they caused their solicitors to enter an appearance and also filed a defence on their behalf. Per their statement of defence, Defendants counterclaimed against the Plaintiffs for the following reliefs: (a) A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land lying and being at Accr...
