JUDGMENT WHEREAS: 1. The parties voluntarily presented themselves for mediation at the Office of the Legal Aid Scheme here in Accra. 2. The parties have agreed that agreements resulting from this mediation is binding on them and enforceable in a Court of law. 3. The parties have come to agreement, the terms of which are detailed. NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the parties are siblings and beneficiaries of the estate of the late Abednego Sowah Quaye. 2. That the late Abednego Sowah Quaye was survived by seven (7) issues with his late wife Madam Tsotsoo Mensah Din. 3. That the Respondent was solely occupying their father’s property situated at La – Aborme (Amos). 4. That parties have agreed that the female siblings who are four (4) shall take the left part of the land from the wooden structure to the entrance.
