JUDGMENT The plaintiff per his amended writ of summons claims from the defendants as follows: i. A declaration of title to the land situate lying and being at Abelempe Accra in the Greater Accra of the Republic of Ghana and known as plot B which is more particularly described in paragraph 5 of the statement of claim ii. Recovery of possession of the said land iii. Perpetual injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd defendants their agents servants workmen howsoever described from in any way interfereng with the plaintiffs enjoyment of his land the subject matter of dispute iv. Damages for trespass v. Costs incurred in this matter vi. Any other orders as this court may deem fit. The defendants on the other hand have counterclaimed as follows a.
