RULING INTRODUCTION [1] Before this Court is an application for bail pending trial filed on 15 May 2017 to be moved on 18 May 2017. The Respondent was served with the application on the same day and filed an affidavit in opposition to the application on 18 May 2017 when the application was to be moved. However, the matter was adjourned to 23 May 2017 for the Respondent to put its house in order. On the return date, when the matter was to be heard, the Respondent filed a fresh charge sheet and substituted the brief facts in relation to the case.
