RULING The Plaintiff sued out an amended writ of summons and statement of claim on 4th May 2017 for the following reliefs: a. Declaration of title to all the piece or parcel of land being 2, 19 acres bounded on the North East by Plaintiff’s land measuring 715 feet more or less or the South by Plaintiff’s land measuring 360 feet more or less on the South West by plaintiff’s land measuring 290 feet more or less on the west by plaintiff’s land measuring 290 feet more or less on the west by Plaintiff’s land measuring 225feet more or less. b. Perpetual injunction against the defendant, its assigns, agents, privies, servants etc. from having any dealings with the said land. c. Recovery of possession. d. An order to cancel all documents of Defendant covering Plaintiff’s land. e. Costs including lawyer’s fee.
