JUDGMENT The brief facts of the case as captured by the statement of claim of the plaintiffs are that the plaintiffs are husband and wife; the 1st plaintiff is currently residing outside the jurisdiction whilst the 2nd plaintiff is resident at Gonyiteh, La Bawaleshie, East Legon, Accra. That the 1st and 2nd defendants are members of the La Klanaa Quarter of which the 3rd defendant is the chief whiles the 4th defendant is a businessman resident in Accra. It is the case of the plaintiffs that in July 1994, they purchased a parcel of land situate, lying and being at Gonyiteh, La Bawaleshie, East Legon, Accra from one Numo Amoah Mensah also known as Amah Gogoe (deceased). Plaintiffs aver that the said parcel of land was purchased by them after the said Numo Amoah Mensah had shown to them documents and an Order for Possession granted in his favour by the High Court, Accra in Suit No. 2086/1990 in respect of a large tract of land of which the said land forms part.
