JUDGMENT In a writ issued on the 27th of August, 2014 plaintiff claims the following reliefs against the defendant: i. The payment of cash the sum of GH¢36,000.00 being the purchase price of 50,000 litre capacity LP Gas Tank purchased in 2010 from Douglas Adjetey Adjei operating under the name and style of TIME OF LIFE ENTERPRISE introduced to the Plaintiff by the Defendant and which Gas Tank was entrusted to the Defendant to service and refurbish. The Defendant has repaired and serviced the said Gas Tank and sold same to a third party without the knowledge, consent and authority of the Plaintiff. ii. Interest on the said amount of GH¢36,000.00 from 1st June, 2010 at the current Bank rate to the date of final payment. iii.
