In an amended writ, Plaintiff claims the following reliefs endorsed on her writ of summons: i. A declaration that the plaintiff does not owe the defendant as per the Statement of Account dated 4th March, 2015. ii. An order requesting the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority to produce documents on the eleven (11) vehicles for cancellation of any unlawful transfers made. GENERAL DAMAGES iii.
