The plaintiff by her writ of summons claim against the defendant, the following reliefs:- 1. A declaration that the plaintiff and her children own twenty-five percent (25%) shares in United Matters and Foam Company Ltd. 2. A declaration that the plaintiff is a director of the company. 3. An order for an inventory and valuation of all assets of the company. 4. An order for the preparation of statement of accounts/statement of affairs indicating the financial position of the defendant from the date of death of Mr. E.O. Boakye to date. 5. Costs 6. Any further or other reliefs as this Honourable court may deem fit. The case of the plaintiff is that she was married to Mr. Edward Osei Boakye (now deceased).
