This is an application to set aside Judgment in default of appearance. Although counsel for applicant Mr. Jah Josiah has decided not to come to court to move his motion even in the face of being served with hearing notice, I find it necessary to determine the application on merit. I have read the application and affidavit in support. I have also read the affidavit in opposition, I do not find any reasonable ground conveyed by the applicant in support of the application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
