I have read the application seeking to dismiss the application for Judicial Review. I have also read the affidavit in support and in opposition. I have given consideration to the written submissions filed by counsel for 2nd interested party/applicant and counsel for Applicant/Respondent. Regard has been given to Orders 55 and 58 of the High Court Rules, 2004, C.I. 47. Thoughtful consideration has been given to the law applicable and the various arguments advanced by both counsel for and against the present application.
