PRUDENTIAL SOLUTIONS LTD vs. INTERCITY STC COACHES LTD

This is an application for interim injunction filed by the Plaintiff/Applicant seeking an order among other things, to restrain the Defendant/Respondent from interfering with the management and operation of the parcel and mail services that the plaintiff provides at the defendant’s terminal in Accra. The applicant further prays for an order to restrain the defendant from awarding the contract to provide mail and parcel services to any other company. I have read the application and the respective affidavits filed by the parties. I have given consideration to the submissions made by both counsel. Regard has been given to the principles governing the grant or otherwise of applications of this nature.
