Plaintiff states that, in March, 2015 Defendant alleged that, he had constructed a seven span L V overhead line transmission within the former aviation yard at Ashalley Botwe in Accra without authorization by Defendant’s Legon District Manager. Plaintiff responded to a query issued out to him in respect thereof that, he only introduced a friend by name Clement Gyato to an electrical contractor thereby denying culpability in any way.
