WHEREAS: 1. The High Court, Accra on 19th August, 2009 granted Letters of Administration in respect of the Estate of Col. Emmanuel Kwesi Osei Owusu, late of Accra who died intestate on 22nd July, 2006 to: i. Esther Osei Owusu ii. Daniel Osei Owusu iii. Kingsley Osei Owusu 2. The administrators were unable to agree on the distribution of the estate. 3. This present action was instituted by Daniel Osei Owusu and Kingsley Osei Owusu as Plaintiff’s against Esther Osei Owusu as Defendant for the reliefs set out below:The Plaintiff’s Claim is for: a.
