Per their further amended Writ of Summons dated 4th May, 2015, the plaintiffs’ claim against the defendants jointly and severally the following reliefs: 1. A declaration that the plaintiffs are the owners of the land described in the schedule annexed to the Statement of Claim. 2. Another declaration that the defendants have unlawfully entered the plaintiff’s said piece or parcel of land and are therefore trespassers. 3. An order of ejectment/ recovery of possession. 4. An order that the defendants should pay general damages for trespass to plaintiffs said land. 5.
