TAWIAH-FIO OKPELOR SOWAH vs. ROBERT ABLORH KWAO-FIO AND TWO OTHERS

On the 12th March, 2015, one Akweley-Fio Okpelor Sowah and Tawiah-Fio Okpelor Sowah as Plaintiffs instituted this action against the following; Nii Adjei Kati, Robert Ablorh Kwao- Fio, Cephas Sowah Adjetey and Okpelor Sowah Ablorh as Defendants in this suit for the following reliefs: i. A declaration that the purported appointment of the 5th Defendant without the consent of the entirety of the Nii Adjei Okplem families of Teshie, La and Nungua is void and of no effect. ii. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from in any way purporting to regularize the appointment of the 5th Defendant by way of outdooring him or in any other manner so as to validate his illegal appointment. iii. An order compelling the Defendants herein to comply with the known and established procedure in the appointment of headship for the Sowah D in family. iv. An order compelling the Defendants to consult the other families to appoint the head of family amongst the Plaintiffs herein....
