1. By the endorsement on his amended writ of summons, the plaintiff seeks the following reliefs; i. General and special damages against the defendants as a result of the negligent driving of vehicles No. GH 8821 G and No. GR 5320 B by the 2nd defendant and police constable Bismark Addae respectively on or about 13 day of April 2000 resulting in the collision between the two vehicles and damages to vehicle No. GR 5320 B, the property of the plaintiff. ii.
