Before me is an application on notice to set aside the service of the writ of summons issued against the Defendant/Applicant herein. The Defendant/Applicant has filed an affidavit in support of the motion in which a representative stated as follows: 1. That I am the deponent herein. 2. That I have the authority and consent of the Defendants/Applicants to depose to this affidavit the facts of which came to my knowledge in the course of my duties as an Accountant of the Defendant Company. 3.
