The plaintiffs/applicants entered into a lease agreement dated December 21, 2015, with the 1st and 2nd defendants for a 25-year lease of property H/No. NT 132 Blk 11, Odumasi, Asante Akyem, paying part of the agreed amount (GH₡25,000 and 950 Euros) acknowledged by receipt. The 2nd defendant acted purportedly on behalf of the 1st defendant and his siblings. The plaintiffs noticed development works on the property without their consent, prompting an interlocutory injunction application to restrain the defendants from interfering with their rights until final determination of the suit.
