This suit commenced on October 4, 2005. The claim of the plaintiff in this court is for: a. A Declaration of title to the plot of land known and called Plot No. B87, Community 17, Lashibi and as described in paragraph 17 of the Statement of Claim. b. An Order of ejectment and recovery of possession of Plaintiff’s said plot of land encroached upon by Defendant without lawful authority and or consent by Plaintiff. c. Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant by himself, his assigns, workmen, agents, servants and privies from dealing with any portion of Plaintiff’s said plot of land. d. Damages for trespass. On his part, the Defendant also counterclaimed for: a. A Declaration that Plot No. B 87/C 17 situate at Tema is the bonafide property of the Defendant. b.
