By an amended writ of summons the plaintiff claims against the defendant: (a) A declaration that the continuous detention of the plaintiff’s 2 Generator sets 200 KVA is unlawful and amounts to detinue. (b) An order releasing the said two Generators sets 200 KVA or in the alternative an order compelling the defendant to pay £50,000.00 being the value of the said generators. (c) Recovery of loss of profits. (d) General damages.
